- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
- PE licensure in the state of Arizona
- Field experience – ability to perform field explorations, observe drilling operations, log soils, and coordinate laboratory testing
- Technical skills – familiarity with soil mechanics, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, and geotechnical investigation methods
