This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on problem solving, cross functional collaboration, and turning data into action. The right person will play a key role in improving reliability, supporting continuous improvement, and helping a production organization build smarter, more repeatable quality processes.

This Role Offers:

  • Opportunity to influence product quality and customer outcomes in a meaningful way
  • Visible role with broad collaboration across technical and operational teams
  • Hands on work in a manufacturing setting where problem solving and follow through matter
  • Stable environment with room to grow and contribute to long term improvements

Focus:

  • Drive investigations into product and process failures, identify underlying causes, and help lead durable corrective actions
  • Review quality trends and operating data to uncover recurring issues, prioritize risk, and support improvement efforts
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve nonconformances and strengthen overall performance
  • Develop containment plans and follow through on corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeat problems
  • Monitor action effectiveness, confirm closure, and help ensure process changes are sustained over time
  • Support validation activities, inspection methods, and practical quality tools used in production
  • Build and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and other quality documentation that improves consistency on the manufacturing floor
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders across multiple functions

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Experience leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective action in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into practical next steps
  • Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Background in mechanical manufacturing, industrial production, automotive, aerospace, or a similar environment is strongly preferred
