TSMC Arizona is seeking a proactive and results-driven Supply Chain Technical Procurement Buyer to develop and manage supplier relationships and ensure cost-effective procurement for cutting-edge semiconductor fab. This critical role drives strategic sourcing, enhances processes, and strengthens TSMC's operational excellence, directly impacting the company's technological leadership and success within a dynamic, collaborative team environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing and operations.

• Supplier Relationships:
  Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure consistent and reliable delivery of materials or services.
• Execute Procurement Processes:
  Perform technical sourcing, purchasing, and negotiation activities to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials or services that meet fab operational requirements.
• Optimize Supply Chain Performance:
  Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
• Strategic Sourcing Initiatives:
  Implement procurement strategies that align with company goals to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and enhance supply chain resilience.

Education:

Minimum Degree

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction or a related field.

Technical and Interpersonal

Supply Chain Knowledge:
Foundational understanding of supply chain principles, procurement processes, and supplier management. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and materials involved. Analytical Excellence:
