Job Description
** Position Summary
*** We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Engineer to perform all engineering, maintenance, life safety, and facility operations.
* This engineering role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest comfort, operational reliability, regulatory compliance, asset preservation, sustainability, and team performance.# What You Will Accomplish
** Key Responsibilities
*** Perform daily operations, maintenance, and repair of all hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
* Ensure continuous operation of VRF/VRV HVAC systems, boilers, generators, fire alarm systems, pools, kitchen equipment, and guestroom systems.
* Work on preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs.
** What You Will Bring
**** Qualifications
* ** Minimum 2-3 years of hotel engineering experience preferred.
* Luxury hotel or resort experience is strongly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Experience with Forbes Travel Guide 2025 Hotel Standards
