We're partnering with a global leader in geodata and ground engineering to appoint an Engineering Geophysics Lead Consultant who will play a pivotal role in expanding an innovative ground investigation solution across the United States.

This is a rare opportunity to combine technical excellence, client consulting and business development in a role where you'll influence major infrastructure, mining and energy projects from concept through delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the delivery of integrated engineering geophysical solutions for major infrastructure, mining and energy projects.
  • Build trusted relationships with asset owners, engineering consultancies, contractors and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting long-term client growth.
  • Design site investigation strategies using shallow surface engineering geophysical techniques.
  • Prepare technical proposals and present innovative solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver smarter, faster and more sustainable ground investigation solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth strategy of an industry-leading geophysical technology across the US market.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with in infrastructure, mining, critical minerals and/or nuclear sectors.
  • Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven business development and commercial awareness.
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and managing client relationships.
  • Leadership experience, either through managing teams or leading technical projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Geophysics or Engineering Geophysics (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Geophysicist registration is advantageous.
  • Authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel across the US (approximately 50%).
