Position SummarySenior Project Manager – Control Systems Integration Practice. You will lead and coordinate control system design, implementation, and support for capital projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead individual and team efforts for capital projects and solution implementation.
- Design and engineer process and packaging control systems, including SCADA, PLC, and HMI integration.
- Develop control panel architecture and support site construction management and startup.
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot SCADA, Manufacturing Intelligence, and MES applications.
- Engage with clients, vendors, and internal specialists to meet project objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of automation experience with HMI, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and process control system architecture.
- Experience with Allen‑Bradley Control Logix, PLC5, SLC
500, Panel View HMIs, Industrial Communication Networks, and control panel design. - Proficiency in Siemens PCS7, S7, WinCC is preferred.
- Knowledge of Factory Talk View SE, Intellution iFix, Wonderware, Visual Basic, web design, network design, servos, vision applications is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and electrical design skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client‑facing abilities.
- Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to work in a project team environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel for project installation, startup, client meetings, and industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
