Module Development Engineer - RF Test

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and develop testability and manufacturability of analog and/or RF products
• Design test boards with suppliers to test RF products
• Collaborate with customers to develop and optimize production testing
• Develop and debug software programs to drive advanced test equipment such as BERTS, scopes, and automatic test equipment (ATE)
• Perform ATE-to-DV correlation, debug functionality and performance issues
• Evaluate new analog IP designs on ATE and work with design and product development teams to identify and resolve functionality and performance issues
• Perform ATE and bench device characterization
• Release production test solutions that ensure product quality, yield optimization, and post‑release issue resolution
• Test and characterize analog circuits for power and thermals, including thermal profiling and recipe tuning for production thermal control
• Provide calibration for power delivery enabling power and performance binning

• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years or Master’s degree and 2+ years or PhD and 0 years in electrical engineering or related STEM degree with 3+ years of experience in RF design and test
• 2+ years of experience with IC Test
• 2+ years of experience in ATE testing, test methodology, electronics design, or product development
• 2+ years of experience with lab equipment such as mixed‑signal oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, TDRs
• 2+ years of experience with electrical simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, PowerSI
• 3+ years of experience with board design using Cadence Allegro

• Understanding of Digital, Analog, Mixed signal, high speed testing, tester hardware design
• Programming skills with scripting language such as Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW
