This role would suit a Design Engineer with a power distribution and switch gear background looking for genuine ownership, equity, and the chance to grow with a business in hypergrowth.

• Designing switch gear, power distribution units, and enclosure systems from concept through to production.
• Working closely with electrical engineers, integrating molded case breakers, busbar, and shelving into bespoke assemblies.
• Contributing to mission critical projects

• Power distribution and switch gear design experience
• Electromechanical or mechanical design background
• UL standards and compliance experience
