Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Govern human factors integration across the platform
- Lead HF certification strategy
- Oversee pilot interaction evaluations
- Shape long‑term HMI and autonomy strategy
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- More than 12 years of systems engineering experience
- Advanced human factors expertise
- Strategic ownership of human-centered flight deck design
