Lead engineering and design, develop execution plans, and mentor engineers on transmission projects from conception through delivery. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in power/transmission, a PE license, and proficiency with PLS-CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Auto Pipe, and Revit.
