** What's the Job?*
* + Lead the mechanical design and development of advanced aerospace components and systems from concept through production.

+ Perform rotor dynamics, shafting structural analyses, and FEA to support high-performance rotating equipment designs.

+ Collaborate with systems engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with aerospace standards.

+ Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and failure mode analyses while developing detailed engineering documentation.

+ Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across mechanical design projects.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

+ 5+ years of experience performing Rotor Dynamics analysis, including critical speed prediction, Campbell diagrams (whirl speed maps), and imbalance response analysis for rotating equipment such as fans, compressors, or turbines.

+ Strong proficiency with ANSYS APDL or ANSYS Workbench, including 1D Beam-based FEA techniques.

+ Extensive experience in mechanical design engineering within the aerospace industry or a related high-performance engineering environment.

+ Proven leadership experience leading design reviews, managing engineering projects, and mentoring technical teams.
