Core Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in securing and managing large-scale projects, supporting strategic business development efforts, and guiding the continued growth and technical advancement of the geotechnical team.
- Serve as the technical expert on geotechnical engineering projects of significant complexity and scope
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring delivery of high-quality work products
- Provide senior-level review and approval of geotechnical reports, specifications, and engineering analyses
You'll thrive here if you have
- B.S in Civil Engineering 5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex public and private projects
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel for client and projects needs
- Ability to work in the outdoor environment
