Field Service Engineer | Semiconductor Industry

We are seeking Field Service Engineers to join a world-class organization at the forefront of semiconductor manufacturing technology. Our client is a global innovator that designs and supports advanced wafer fabrication equipment used by the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated electro-mechanical systems at customer sites while delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.

• Install, commission, relocate, and service semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Analyze equipment performance and identify root causes of system issues.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Document service activities and communicate technical information clearly.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and customer improvement initiatives.
• Provide professional customer support while maintaining high service standards.
• Participate in technical training and certification programs.
• Mentor less experienced engineers when appropriate.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required protective equipment.
• Willingness to travel as required, including occasional domestic and international travel.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and on-call schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Senior Field Service Engineer III: $100,000–$110,000 annually
• A few additional openings are available for Field Service Engineer Level I and Field Service Engineer Level II
  , with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
