Senior Civil Project Manager / Project Manager (Land Development)
Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus

- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial land development
- Strong understanding of local design standards, permitting processes, and construction practices
- Experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary project teams
- Ability to oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project delivery
- Experience with project management platforms such as Vision, Newforma, Buzzsaw, or similar tools
- Lead residential and commercial land development projects from proposal through final delivery
- Manage project budgets, scopes, schedules, contracts, and client expectations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership
- Navigate complex engineering, entitlement, and permitting challenges
- Develop and maintain client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
- Contribute to the continued growth of the team and business
