Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with Revit experience to develop and maintain 3D models for construction and engineering projects. This role will support design coordination, clash detection, and project execution across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit
- Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from BIM models
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams
- Update models based on design changes and field conditions
- Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards
- Support project coordination meetings and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling)
- Understanding of construction drawings and MEP systems
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Navisworks or clash detection tools
- Experience in semiconductor / fab construction projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred)
Additional Information
- This role supports large-scale semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix
- Mandarin is a plus for coordination with international teams
