Civil Engineer - Water Resources

We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with Water Resources experience who enjoys solving complex challenges, working directly with clients, and contributing throughout every phase of a project.

You'll be involved in planning, designing, and managing a variety of municipal and land development projects, including:

• Stormwater and drainage master planning
• Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
• Floodplain analysis and FEMA permitting
• Bridge and culvert hydraulic studies
• Water and wastewater utility design
• Grading, roadway, and site development
• Parks, trails, and recreation infrastructure
• Cost estimating and technical reports
• Client meetings and project coordination
• Project management from concept through construction

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in Water Resources or Land Development Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Strong understanding of H&H analysis and drainage design
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling software
• Flo-2D and SWMM experience preferred
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects
• Passion for mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across disciplines
• Public works and/or municipal experience
