The role focuses on applying Lean Six Sigma to identify and manage projects that improve process control and plant efficiency while collaborating with plant personnel and management.
Standard hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with occasional overtime and 20% travel year-round to support multiple sites. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
