Civil Engineering Project Manager - Land Development
The Civil Engineering Project Manager (Land Development) will lead design teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality site and residential development projects. This role is responsible for technical leadership, project execution, client satisfaction, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead site development and residential land development projects
- Direct internal design teams and subconsultants
- Develop scopes, cost proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering staff
- Ensure QA/QC and technical accuracy throughout projects
- Apply strong civil engineering and technical expertise
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D in project delivery
- Manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant land development experience
- Arizona PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Proven client relationship and contract negotiation experience
- Strong ability to manage technical teams and projects
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong judgment and decision-making ability
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality
