Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Technician to join our expanding team in Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on operation and maintenance of specialized environmental and water quality monitoring systems, focusing on high-purity online analyzers. You will play a vital role in ensuring our semiconductor clients maintain the highest standards of purity and safety in their facility management.
Key Responsibilities- System Operation & Maintenance:
Perform daily operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of online chemical analyzers and related water quality instrumentation. - Chemical Reagent Preparation:
Strictly follow standardized procedures for the configuration, mixing, and handling of chemical reagents and standards required for analytical equipment. - Calibration & Commissioning:
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and regular calibration of sensors and monitoring systems to ensure they function to precise specifications. - Technical Documentation:
Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, instrument performance, and chemical usage. - Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment. - Customer Relationship & Cross-Border Coordination:
Act as a key technical and service contact for our primary Arizona customer, supporting day-to-day communication, service continuity, issue follow-up, and long-term customer satisfaction. This role will also coordinate closely with our Taiwan-based parent company and technical teams, including regular reporting and communication with headquarters in Taiwan. - Work Schedule:
Standard Monday–Friday schedule with occasional after-hours support during system commissioning and customer emergencies. - Work Location:
This role is primarily assigned to a customer site in North Phoenix, Arizona, and requires regular on-site (Deer Valley Office) presence.
Comprehensive training will be provided to help the selected candidate build strong technical capabilities in high-purity monitoring systems and analytical instrumentation.
Training will include both local Arizona-based training and in-person training in Taiwan, where the candidate will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced engineering and technical teams. This cross-border training structure is designed to provide practical field knowledge, product-specific expertise, and exposure to international engineering standards.
Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical science field; or an Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant technical experience. - Experience:
3–5 years of experience in a similar technical field (e.g., Gas Analyzers or Mass Spectrometry). - Specialized Skill:
Experience with Liquid Chromatography (LC) systems is highly preferred. - Certification: A valid OSHA 10 or OSHA
