- Should have worked as an Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer developing engineering design packages for industrial plants.
- Should have Knowledge in specifying process plant instruments and hands on experience in selection of instrumentation.
- Selection and design of controls and hardware for control and monitoring process plant instrumentation.
- Instrumentation knowledge and experience - set-up, calibration verification, adjustments, etc.
- Fisher Valves, Micro Motion Flowmeters, Rosemount transmitters, E+H Flowmeters and Transmitter, Rockwell control and communication system and Allen Bradly VFDs
- Prepare Instrument Datasheets, IO Lists, Instrument List, Wiring Diagrams and Engineering Information.
- Knowledge in PLC and SCADA systems for industrial networks.
- Experienced in LV Electrical Distribution Design Power Distribution Panels, Motor Control Centers for process plants in compliance with NEC.
- Knowledge on Machine Safety - CAT 3 wiring.
- Knowledge on control panel design as per UL508A.
- Previous experience with MCC's, VFD's, electrical troubleshooting, electrical schematics
- Previous work experience in system commissioning and validation would be a plus.
- Trained and qualified in NFPA
70E requirements.
