Field Service Manager - Electrical Testing (Phoenix)

Oversee supervisors, leads, technicians, equipment, and materials to meet both daily production and long-term business goals in an electrical field service group. This is a highly visible position, offering the opportunity to shape the future success and growth of the organization.
Relocation package available
Requirements- BA/BS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electrical, Business or related technical degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in general management or operations in the power distribution industry highly preferred
- 5+ years of electrical testing experience or power generation services highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize projects, delegating when appropriate
- Demonstrated technical acumen to manage complex field service business with diverse customer segments and multiple product lines
- 3 years of experience managing operational improvement or efficiency projects a plus
- Prefer NETA level 2, 3 or 4 certification
- Salary $130k-$170k depending on experience
- Sign on bonus (>$10k) for NETA 2, 3, or 4 certification
