The Opportunity
We are partnering with a rapidly growing engineering and construction organization supporting one of the largest semiconductor manufacturing developments in the United States to hire multiple Revit / BIM Designers in North Phoenix.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit professional looking to expand into the high-growth semiconductor industry. Previous semiconductor experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong Revit experience in mechanical, HVAC, piping, MEP, advanced manufacturing, data centers, clean rooms, or other complex facilities are encouraged to apply.
The organization is significantly expanding its Phoenix design team and offers project-specific training for professionals transitioning into semiconductor construction.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Create construction drawings for complex facility systems
- Model and coordinate piping, HVAC, mechanical, and MEP systems
- Support 3D design and BIM coordination
- Utilize Navisworks for model review and coordination
- Update models based on design changes and project requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams
- Review drawings for accuracy and constructability
- Support the design and construction of a major semiconductor manufacturing facility
- Participate in project coordination and help resolve design conflicts
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional Revit experience
- Hands-on BIM modeling experience
- Ability to create and modify Revit models independently
- Experience reading and working with construction drawings
- Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, piping, or MEP systems preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical project environment
Semiconductor Experience Is a Plus, Not a Requirement
Previous semiconductor or fab experience is highly valued, but the company is open to strong Revit professionals from adjacent industries.
Relevant backgrounds may include:
- MEP construction or engineering
- Mechanical contracting
- HVAC
- Process piping
- Clean rooms
- Life sciences / pharmaceutical facilities
- Advanced manufacturing
- Mission-critical construction
Project-specific semiconductor training will be provided.
- $60,000 to $80,000 base salary
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- Additional weekly performance/output bonus

Schedule & Location
This is a 100% on-site position in North Phoenix.
