Job Title
Lead Electrical Engineering Technician
LocationOverland Park, Ann Arbor, Houston, Phoenix, Raleigh, Chattanooga, Chicago, Jacksonville or Gaithersburg.
ScheduleFull‑time, 40 hours/week
Must Haves- Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology required.
- AGI experience is not required but preferred. Candidate will be using Bentley Microstation primarily.
- Bachelor Degree in an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred.
- Associate Degree in Drafting or an engineering design–related technology (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering design–related technology (preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience with 3D modeling of electrical equipment and systems
- Hands on experience in duct bank design, cable tray design, grounding, and electrical layout
- Strong proficiency with Bentley Micro Station and Bentley design tools
- Experience supporting Advanced Power Generation (APG) or similar complex infrastructure projects
- Ability to function as a lead technician or technical design specialist
- Experience coordinating and reviewing multidisciplinary design deliverables
- Working knowledge of project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance procedures
- AGI
32 lighting design experience preferred, but not required - Ability to work onsite at one approved location (location must be specified)
