Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Project Engineer (Mandarin/English) to support design coordination and execution of semiconductor construction projects. This role works closely with engineers, field teams, and clients to keep projects on track.
Position:Bilingual Project Engineer
Location:North Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Type:Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule:Monday–Friday
Pay:$70,000 – $80,000 DOE
Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit drawings; support design coordination with engineering teams
- Track project progress and help resolve field conflicts and routing issues
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; attend BIM meetings
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records
- Support project managers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination preferred
- AutoCAD/Revit exposure is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
