Senior Field Service Engineers or Senior Electrical Services Specialists are responsible for the I&C on our power distribution equipment at our Hyper-Scale Data Center sites. Scope includes, but not limited to, setting communication devices and topology industrial networks, uploading HMI/ PLC programs, installation of I/O and CPUs, integration of 3 rd Party EPMS, initial testing, operation, troubleshooting and modification of customer equipment and systems including MV/LV switch gear, transformers, metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relays.

As a Senior Field Service Engineer or a Senior Electrical Services Specialist, you will:

• Create test scripts and MOP (Methods of Procedures) related to Data Centers Cx activities.
• Setting communication devices and topology industrial networks; uploading HMI/ PLC programs; installation of I/O and CPUs
• Integration of 3rd Party EPMS; initial testing, operation, troubleshooting and modification of customer equipment and systems
• MV or LV Circuit breakers; metal clad/vacuum switch gear; breakers or LV equipment testing; analyzing test results
• Equipment Condition Assessments
• Electrical Control Circuits Troubleshooting & Repair
• Provide on-site assistance with or perform programming, start-up, checkout, commissioning, and validation processes. Participate in job site final walk-through, complete all job closeout documentation, and provide customer training. Act as technical resource to customers and field employees
• Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections. Train customers to maintain and adjust complex equipment. Provide expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees. Complete and submit reports covering all job activity. Responsible for maintaining complex tools, test equipment, calibration items, etc.
• Must be available to respond to emergency and relief assignments.

For Field Service Engineers only:

• Plan and estimate labor categories, rates, material dollar costs, and transportation expenses to complete complex proposals. Perform review of complex task plans, drawings, and installation schematics; provide continual guidance throughout the project duration. (FSE only)
• Perform and supervise preliminary and detailed site audits to develop design concepts and schematics.
• Perform Site Lead activities during the cycle of the client’s construction schedule, when required.
