Hospitality Valet Attendant - Phoenix, AZ

Required:

Must have a valid driver s license, minimum 2 years of driving experience.

A LAZ Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. We are the first person our clients and customers see for arrival, and the last person they see when they leave. A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance.

• Park & retrieve cars efficiently, quickly, and in a timely manner; greet all customers by name, attend to their needs, and develop rapport.
• Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars cleanandorganized, all with a smile.
• Provide a self‑reliant attitude when needed; work with or without supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations, smile, go above and beyond, make them love LaZ Parking the moment they meet you.

• Dynamic, charismatic, full of energy and happy to help.
• Dependable; a responsible people; you never disappoint because that is not in your nature.
• A good driver with a clean driving record, no speeding, and use a standard transmission.
• Good under pressure; you do not fold and get overwhelmed easily; instead prefer chaos and tackle it.
• Good at communicating and can speak, read and understand English.
• Team player, open to different opinions and help motivate your team.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

• Communicate professionally and effectively.
• Handle challenging & emotionally charged situations.
• Work unsupervised.
• Make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions.
• Demonstrate sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain.
• Lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
