The Role (What You’re Actually Doing)You’re an Event Operator. That means execution, energy, and reliability.
Load in, set up, operate, and tear down our mobile food truck and event stations at high-profile sports games, concerts, festivals, and fundraisers
Produce and serve popcorn in high-volume, fast-moving environments
Keep lines moving, customers smiling, and the vibe positive
Represent the Cactus Corn brand front-and-center with confidence and personality
Handle POS transactions, cash and card payments, and assist with end-of-event closing
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and equipment care throughout the event
Travel to event sites across Arizona and work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
This is hands-on. You’ll be on your feet. You’ll be busy. And the shift will fly by.
Who This Is Perfect ForYou’ve worked live events, food trucks, festivals, concessions, catering, or high-volume service
You like fast-paced environments and don’t panic when lines get long
You want a flexible side hustle that works around school, another job, or your main grind
You’re reliable, show up on time, and don’t disappear mid-season
You don’t mind late nights, early load-ins, or weekend work (that’s when the best events happen)
Available for nights, weekends, and major event days
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long shifts
Can lift, move product, and handle physical event work
Professional, positive, and good with people
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel around Arizona

Nice to Have (But Not Required)Food truck or mobile kitchen experience
