Production Manager - Anthem

Company Description The Campus Production Manager works with the Campus Team and Production Development Team to oversee all aspects of live production at a designated CCV campus. This includes managing live production environments, programming and operating live production systems, volunteer management, scheduling, system maintenance, inventory management, and campus team projects.

• Manage AVL systems across the campus
• Program AVL systems and content for all production environments
• Produce the weekend experience, coordinating with the Campus Pastor, Worship Leader, and Music Director
• Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling for the weekend experience
• Work with the Production Development Team to coordinate production design and set changes
• Maintain campus AVL inventory and maintenance schedules
• Work with the Campus Pastor and staff on special events

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience working in ministry is preferred but not required
• Experience working in a live production environment
• Basic working knowledge in key AVL production systems, including but not limited to – Avid, Yamaha, Grand
  
  MA, Pro Presenter, Resolume, video switchers
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Standing for long periods of time
