Su oportunidad

Como representante de atención al cliente (CSR por sus siglas en inglés), ayudará a las personas de su comunidad a acceder a las soluciones financier as que necesitan, justo cuando más lo necesitan. Tendrá un papel importante en nuestro ambiente de trabajo dinámico rápido estableciendo conexiones con nuestra variada base de clientes y ayudando con transacciones como cobro de cheques, envío de dinero y pagos, mientras brinda un excelente servicio al cliente.

The hourly wage for the position is $18.25 per hour. The hourly rate is just one of many elements that make up our Total Compensation package.

What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills

* En este puesto, hablar español es esencial para conectar y crear confianza con nuestros clientes y la comunidad. Se requiere ser bilingüe (español/inglés).

* A high school diploma or equivalent.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.

* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.

* Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.

* Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).

* Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.

* The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
