Arena - Ticket Service Representative; FWS​/NFWS

Purpose

The purpose of this position is to provide customer service for the Arena regarding ticket sales and Box Office concerns.

• Sell tickets through the Box Office Ticketing System.
• Provide strong customer support at the in-person window for general information and ticket sales.
• Mailing materials, stocking supplies, photocopying and data entry.
• General office work.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
• Punctual and customer service oriented.
• Box Office and cashier experience is a plus but not necessary; training will be provided.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Passion for helping others, and ability to keep a positive attitude through adversity.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 for Bachelor students or 3.0 for Master students.
• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
• Applicants may be subject to termination if they fall below the minimum requirements.
