Equipment Citations Specialist-Part Time
U‑Haul International is seeking hardworking, energetic team players to join the Equipment Citations department in Midtown Phoenix. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships among many groups, offering clerical support as part of a team to keep track of citations and ensure responsible parties provide compensation.
Primary Responsibilities- Follow up on tolls, parking and fine citations
- Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties
- Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U‑Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes
- Previous call center/phone-based work experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Task-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 25/30 hours per week between 6am-6pm Monday-Friday, and 6am-4:30pm on Saturday
