Non-Traditional Enrollment Operations - Student Worker; NFWS

Purpose

Student Worker will work supporting the Enrollment Strategic Analyst to provide operational support to GCU’s non-traditional campus.

• Proficiently use University systems to execute multiple tasks and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Organize time effectively to complete prioritized work in a timely manner and ensure service quality
• Work well in a team environment and communicate with other campus departments and leadership
• Assist with Excel documents and reports

• Willingness to provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to work, learn, and be flexible
• Must be available to work shifts on 3 of 5 weekdays each week
• Must be able to work close to maximum hours each week (20 during school times, up to 40 during breaks, including Summer)

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program
• Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student
• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University
• Subject to termination if below minimum requirements
