Senior Manager, Event Security

Player 15 Group is the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns (NBA), Phoenix Mercury (WNBA), Valley Suns (G League), and Mortgage Matchup Center.

Responsibilities include overseeing event security operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with venue staff, and managing security teams during events.

The Event Staff team supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of events while ensuring a positive experience for attendees. Assist with event logistics and attendee assistance.

Develop and manage in-person or virtual events, preparing detailed budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring event delivery.

Supports promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. Stays organized, manages schedules, and handles attendee interactions.

Visits multiple event sites to drop off, stage, or install event rental equipment including tenting, flooring, and lighting. Performs site preparation and post-event cleanup.

Leads strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact internal and external events, including client engagements, executive programs, and trade shows.

Responsible for organizing the creative development, execution, and implementation of the firm's conferences and events as identified by the leadership team. Ensures alignment with business objectives.

Event assignments across the greater Phoenix area, including downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, and Paradise Valley.

Maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and upkeep of assigned areas within an arena, sports stadium, convention center or other entertainment venues.
