The Audio Visual Lead is a contract, on-site role based in the Greater Phoenix Area, responsible for overseeing technical setup and operation for live events. This role manages end-to-end AV production, including configuring audio and video systems, coordinating lighting and staging, and ensuring seamless video conferencing and presentation delivery. The Audio Visual Lead supervises onsite AV technicians, assigns tasks, and provides real-time direction to maintain show flow and technical reliability.

Day-to-day responsibilities include system testing, troubleshooting equipment and signal paths, communicating with clients and event stakeholders, and documenting event requirements and post-event notes. The role also involves maintaining equipment readiness, enforcing safety and operational standards, and representing C West Pro with professional, solutions-focused customer service during all phases of the event.

• Ability to provide comprehensive Audio Visual Support, including live event setup, operation, and teardown.
• Proficiency with Audio Visual (AV) Systems, such as mixing consoles, switchers, projectors, displays, and signal routing.
• Experience configuring and running Video Conferencing platforms and integrating them into event production workflows.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving AV, network, and connectivity issues under time constraints.
• Customer Service skills that support clear communication, stakeholder coordination, and calm, professional client interaction.
• Experience leading AV crews or technical teams in live-event or production environments.
• Knowledge of event safety practices and basic electrical and rigging considerations relevant to AV setups.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Phoenix Area, including evenings, weekends, and extended event hours as needed.
• Preferred:
  Prior experience in corporate, municipal, or large-scale event production; relevant technical certifications or training.
