Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Finance and Regulatory Reporting to lead testing initiatives for complex, data-driven platforms within a regulated environment.

• Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for finance and regulatory reporting systems
• Manage functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing across reporting platforms
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to validate regulatory reports and data accuracy
• Oversee test governance, defect management, and release readiness
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and audit requirements
• Provide leadership to onsite and offshore QA teams

• Proven experience as a Test Manager / QA Manager in Finance or Regulatory Reporting
• Strong understanding of financial systems, risk, and regulatory reports
• Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, and SQL testing
• Experience with test management tools (ALM, JIRA, Rally, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

• Experience in banking, capital markets, or finance
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and reporting controls
