Overview
Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to join the finance team. This role supports accurate, timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and overall financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Review and reconcile vendor statements; resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure high-volume invoices are processed with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to obtain approvals and resolve payment issues.
- Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Assist with month-end close tasks related to AP.
- Support audits by providing documentation and reports.
- Identify opportunities to streamline AP workflows and improve efficiency.
- 2-4 years of Accounts Payable Analysis or related accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of AP processes, three-way match, and invoice workflow.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
- Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
High School diploma required.
Work HoursMonday - Friday, first shift.

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
100% in-office, close to the airport.
