Are you a recent college graduate eager to start your career in finance? We’re offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for an entry-level Loan Operations Assistant with the potential to grow into an Account Executive role. In this position, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting both consumer and business loan processing, learning the ins and outs of financial documentation, client communication, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Loan Support:
- Assist with reviewing and organizing loan applications for personal loans, auto loans, and lines of credit.
- Verify applicant information including income, employment, and credit history.
- Ensure all loan files are complete and meet regulatory and internal policy standards.
- Coordinate with underwriters and loan officers to help resolve documentation issues.
- Support the preparation of loan closing packages and fund disbursements.
Business Loan Support:
- Help process small business and commercial loan applications, including SBA loans, lines of credit, and equipment financing.
- Assist in reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and bank records.
- Verify collateral and ownership documentation.
- Organize loan packages and track post-closing requirements.
- Ensure documentation meets all compliance, underwriting, and audit standards.

Qualifications:
