Position: Accounting Associate/Bookkeeper 4928

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with engagement teams to manage bookkeeping across a variety of client entities
  • Own relationships with banks and vendors
    —gather, organize, and analyze financial data
  • Keep a close eye on cash balances and reconcile accounts regularly
  • Generate budgeting and financial reports with accuracy and clarity
  • Dive into discrepancies and help clean up the numbers
  • Create custom financial reports—both on schedule and as needed
  • Support tax prep by filing reports and coordinating with advisors

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
  • Quick Books and Microsoft Excel mastery
    —Quick Books Online +  experience a bonus
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, tax/investment lingo, and fiduciary accounting (a plus)
  • Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
