Loan Coordinator

Overview

Join our Commercial Lending team in Phoenix as a Loan Coordinator. This position will be responsible for commercial loan data gathering and commercial loan client service from pre-approval to closing and everywhere in-between. You will review and verify loan documentation, entity documents, and all associated collateral instruments. You will establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients, outside vendors and other team members, and provide exceptional support to our Commercial Lenders.

• Gather and verify commercial loan data and documentation from pre-approval through closing and beyond.
• Review and verify loan documentation, entity documents, and collateral instruments.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients, outside vendors, and team members; provide exceptional support to Commercial Lenders.
• Support the loan process to help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high standards of work.
• Demonstrate the ability to research information to find answers; adapt to a consistent yet varied workflow.

• Strong research abilities and a drive to find accurate information.
• Ability to maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of work.
• Flexible and adaptable to change; able to manage varying workload.
• Interest in learning the business of commercial banking and supporting lenders.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility. Estimated starting salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience. Employee benefits include 401(k), health, dental and vision insurance, and paid time off.
