Chief Financial Officer

Frederick Fox has been engaged on a Chief Financial Officer search by our Real Estate Development client. Our client is seeking a Financial Executive to lead the company in an exciting and high growth period. From financial strategy and reporting to investor relations and capital structure, this has it all. Our client is seeking a true Real Estate Industry Expert with an Accounting & Finance background as they embark on a this phase of growth.

The company is in the early stages and requires a hands-on leader. You will put your accounting foundation and corporate finance expertise to work with responsibilities spanning investor and financial reporting, treasury and capital structure and more while having a small team to start. You will partner with the the development teams as you build large scale, mixed-use developments across the United States.

These projects will be fun and exciting to work on!

• 10+ Real Estate Development Industry experience - We are building from the ground up, so this experience is required to be considered for this position.
• Relevant Finance/Accounting experience as a CFO/SVP Finance including Financial Modeling, Project Underwriting, etc. for large-scale development projects
• Accounting foundation with a strong understanding of GAAP, Tax, Multi-Entity Reporting, Joint Venture Partnerships and Consolidations
• BS in Finance/Accounting is Required
• CPA or MBA is Highly Preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Phoenix Metro - occasional travel will be required
• Arizona Resident & Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship is required

Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus + Equity position is offered for this position
