Overview
Adecco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for accurate financial reporting along with responsibilities in Budgeting & Forecasting.
Responsibilities- Analyze financial data and provide comprehensive narratives for business decision-making
- Evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures
- Identify cost savings opportunities through income statement analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Research and document GAAP-related issues for external financial reporting
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end analyses
- Review and validate expenses for proper authorization and compliance
- Support cross-training initiatives within the accounting team
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of related accounting & finance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- CPA certification
- Public accounting experience
