This position within the Operations Division of the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary carries real weight. You’ll manage the full spectrum of fiduciary accounts payable and receivable functions, handling complex collection trust accounting on behalf of clients who depend on our department to safeguard their financial well-being. The accuracy of your work, the relationships you build, and the care you bring to every transaction directly support the people at the heart of our mission.

*** Two years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or purchasing experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Post-secondary education may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis
** Other Requirements
** Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona Driver’s License by the time of hire.
** We Also Value
*** Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
* Three or more years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or purchasing experience
* Two or more years of banking experience
* Experience with court filings, scheduling hearings, and reviewing minute entries and court orders
* Experience with Trust/Fiduciary Accounting
