Senior Analyst

Vaco is partnering with a Phoenix‑based healthcare organization to hire a Senior Analyst focused on labor analytics and ERP position control. This role ensures staffing aligns with operational demand and budgeted FTEs while providing actionable insights to support leadership decision‑making and workforce planning.

• Analyze workforce productivity and labor data across departments to identify trends, explain variances, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and deliver monthly productivity reports and dashboards for operational and finance leaders.
• Maintain and audit position control data in the ERP system to ensure staffing aligns with budgeted FTEs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations leaders to support staffing plans, workforce modeling, and cost management decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, workforce productivity analysis, or financial planning & analysis.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience managing position control systems within a major ERP platform (Workday, Oracle, Lawson, SAP).
• Experience supporting integrated health systems or large hospital networks.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
• This role is one day on site; the rest is remote from home.
