Farm Bureau Mortgage is expanding its national in-house sales team and seeking high-volume, sales-driven Mortgage Loan Officers who thrive on converting warm, inbound opportunities

We are a rapidly growing national mortgage division operating in all 50 states. Our platform allows you to convert more leads by offering broker, non-delegated ccordant, and correspondent lending with multiple investors - including HELOCs, second liens, and agricultural/land financing. This is a
true sales role
with security - all leads are provided, no cold prospecting, no buying leads, and no uncertainty about where your next deal comes from.

• Convert 100% inbound, warm mortgage leads
  generated by Farm Bureau Bank
• Educate borrowers and structure loan solutions that meet their goals
• Manage the loan process from application through closing
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closers to drive clean, efficient fundings
• Maintain compliance while delivering a high-touch borrower experience

• 3+ years of recent, high-volume mortgage origination experience
• Proven ability to convert inbound opportunities into funded loans
• Active NMLS license required
• Strong product knowledge across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOCs, and seconds
