About the Role:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team at Everstead Financial.

• You’ll partner with project managers and department leaders to ensure projects are financially sound, stay within budget constraints, and meet profitability targets.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Create and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards for project stakeholders.
• Perform detailed cost analysis to identify optimization opportunities and improve profitability.
• Support project managers with financial decision-making through insightful analysis.
• Track and report on key performance indicators for assigned projects.
• Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end financial close processes.
• Participate in contract reviews to ensure financial terms align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop project financial strategies.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate financial documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, project accounting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting processes, and cost accounting.
• Experience with project-based financial management and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadline pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify financial risks and opportunities.

• MBA, CPA, or other relevant financial certification.
• Experience in financial services industry practices and reporting requirements.
