Sr. Recruiter - Banking​/Finance

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a client to hire a Sr. Recruiter with experience in Banking/Financial Services to manage high‑volume recruiting across multiple finance roles. This hybrid role is onsite 4 days/week with remote Friday.

This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with potential for permanent conversion, offering up to $100K annually, depending on experience.

• Manage 50+ open roles at any given time, across all levels—from entry‑level CSRs to Directors and Finance Analysts
• Drive end‑to‑end internal recruiting processes in a manual TA environment
• Partner with hiring managers to modernize recruiting practices while maintaining high standards
• Use various recruiting platforms to source, screen, and place candidates efficiently

• 5+ years internal recruiting experience
• 2+ years recruiting in Banking/Financial Services
• High‑volume recruiting experience across diverse finance roles

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
