Job Description:
The Foundry Central Capital team is at the forefront of Foundry's decision-making and plays a crucial part in shaping Intel's long-term strategies. The high-visibility team frequently engages with senior leadership, including Foundry's CFO, operations executives, and subject matter experts across Foundry. Main goal of the team is to drive Foundry's near- and long-term capital forecast to support capacity planning and Foundry's long-term profitability.

- Partnership with Sr. Finance and Operations Leadership to drive business value.
- Work with a team of specialists proficient in a broad spectrum of quick-turn analysis.
- Breadth of acumen across Foundry and Intel's businesses and strategic initiatives
- Broad professional network and partnership with teams across Intel.
- Scope will be primarily centered around but not limited to:
Foundry capital near-term and long-term forecast, Capital authorizations and capital purchase approvals, hedging for Capital spending. - Financial cycles - lead capital POR/LRP forecast, BOD/Audit finance committee updates, and quarterly CPA approvals, quarterly hedging cycles.
- Partnering with FSP (Foundry Strategic Planning) and cross-group finance teams in capital related activities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage executive management and convey clear messages.
- Robust financial analysis, modeling, and data manipulation skillset, preferably with experience with Power BI / Power Query.
- Ability to step back and think strategically about the big picture and long-term goals, identifying and focusing on the highest-impact work.
- Proven project management skills, including effective work prioritization under tight timelines, and a great deal of attention to detail.
- One-Intel team mentality with a demonstrated aptitude for partnering effectively across a broad spectrum of business partners across Finance and Ops.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 4+ year relevant experience; or Master's/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 3+ year relevant experience
- Experience with financial modeling for decision-making
- Experience with financial systems such as Power
BI/Power Query, SAP, and related tools
- Prior Foundry manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Foresite (Capital system) experience a plus
- Python is a plus
- Experience with long-term forecasting, capacity planning, capital forecast, or wafer cost is preferred.
