This role leads all finance and accounting operations while providing strategic oversight of job costing, WIP, and project financial performance. You'll partner closely with operations to improve financial visibility, strengthen controls, and support growth across construction projects. • Lead all finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, payroll, and month-end close for construction projects.
• Oversee WIP reporting, job costing, and project margin analysis to ensure accurate tracking of costs, revenue recognition, and profitability.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures tailored to construction operations and contract structures.
• Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support project planning and executive decision-making.
• Partner with project management and operations teams to improve financial visibility, cost controls, and project performance.

• Mix of Finance and Accounting experience required
• Construction experience required
• WIP and Job Cost experience required
• CPA is a huge plus
