Senior Financial Analyst

Own the full monthly financial close process within a compressed timeline, including:

• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of invoicing and revenue transactions within ERP

• Validating inventory movements, receipts, and related accruals or reclasses

• Supporting periodic inventory counts and resolving variances

• Managing internal royalty calculations and payments

• Producing margin, cost variance, pricing, volume, and KPI analyses for leadership

Partner with operations and select departmental leaders during budgeting and forecasting cycles:

• Support justification and ROI/payback modeling for capital expenditures

• Provide training on forecasting tools and templates

• Consolidate, review, and submit budget/forecast packages and reporting

• Maintain standard costing/BOMs for manufactured products and update quarterly costing

• Monitor internal labor/activity rates and internal transfer pricing

• Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports for senior management and corporate stakeholders

• Support internal control compliance and audit activities across the business

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

• Understanding of GAAP financial reporting

• Advanced use of Excel; proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently within deadlines

• Collaborative and adaptable working style

• Ability to work extended hours at month-end or during audits

• Limited travel for training or operational visits

• Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site operational environment

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)

• 3+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role
