Finance Manager

Headfarmer is partnering with one of our long-standing clients to assist them in filling a Finance Manager to support strategic decision-making across marketing and customer growth initiatives. This role partners directly with marketing leadership to oversee financial planning, evaluate investment performance, and guide budget strategy across a range of channels and programs.

• Managing the full lifecycle of marketing-related financial planning — budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
• Building financial models to assess campaign effectiveness and inform investment decisions
• Partnering with stakeholders to define performance metrics and align spending with business objectives
• Preparing executive-level insights, variance analysis, and forward-looking scenarios
• Identifying efficiency opportunities and improving financial processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Supporting analysis tied to promotions, pricing strategies, and customer growth initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Several years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnership roles
• Advanced modeling and analytical skills with strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools
• Experience working alongside marketing or investment-heavy business functions preferred
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and work effectively in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with presentation tools, business intelligence platforms, and enterprise planning systems is beneficial
